Captcha While Posting

Good morning all,
Before few minutes I was posting News in my News Forum Category and when I was pressed the post button shown the message to type captcha. This is the first time which I saw this message while posting. Could you explain me what happened with this?( I have disable the captcha from my ACP and I was set it only in registration). Is it a problem and must I remove the post?

I usually get this when I post a lot, or post very long posts. Were you doing any of these two?

I do not believe you will have to remove the post since you verified you were not a bot.

A Captcha will appear in some cases where SethC has said, very long posts or posts with suspicious links. More often that not, however, a captcha will appear when you post messages with the most common spam words that are found in Bots.

If members quote this post then they'll also have to type in a captcha. Sadly this is part of Forumotion spam defence and there is nothing you can really do about it I'm afraid.
