Allow pm to specific members

All i want is members that are VIP or higher to be able to send pms. If a member is lower than that the he/she should give some points. Can i do that?

You can unable some members to sent pms or make some number of posts before you can sent pm. On forumotion you can't some members allow and some disallow to send pms.

You can only in member profile disallow sending pms and in administration panel set number of posts before member can sent pms.

If this needs to be done, it can only be done by going into a users profile & disallowing them to send PM's. So the bottomline is that this would be a totally manual process.

Sanket, i want it to be done manually.. I want for example all members to give some points and then to be able to pm. That 's why i want this.

Can u explain me how to disallow a member to sent pm?
