Do that The Greek said and furthermore you can disable the right-click function in your forum to dicrease the posibilities of copy-paste functions and prevent some browsers add-on tools on right-click and ban the IP address of the person which stole your data.

You have to prove that you have copyrights on the things you are talking about.  If you mean that another similar forum has the same information then that is not copyright infringement.  For images, you have to prove that you have a copyright on them.  Posting images on the Internet does not mean that you have the copyright.

The best thing to do is to write on a small spot somewhere on the forum that the thread is created by you and any further copies should get continued after the permitting of the creator of the thread. You can also make (on the created threads and not to all) the images of the topics a very low opacity of your forum name so when they take them to show up that they come from your forum. Because just the date, i think doesn't proof that.. Because you may copied it from somewhere else!
