Who to complain for copyright infringement with servimg?

I asked this same question last year, but with no success...

basically my private pictures were stolen and hosted onto servimg and then posted in some spanish speaking forum where they were posting pictures of ugly people.

I could care less if people think I am ugly or not, the issue I have is that I work and study and I don't want those images linked to my name and to that forum.

I was told to go to the litigation page of this forum and when I type the name of that website nothing comes up....  basically the website is not part of this forum.... yet my images' link in google are servimg.

I tried to contact servimg but there are no links, no email, the only link I found is this site! 

I did a DMCA complaint with google and they deleted my images but they are still on that forum.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreaciated.

So a forum has images of you on it, but it is not hosted by Forumotion?  Also the images' links shows that they are hosted on Servimg?

yes.... basically if you googled the images and you click on them to see the name of the site they all say servimg

when you go to servimg's litigation site and type the name of the forum on where the images are posted, the results say they can't find such site yet the link on the images reads: servimg

is there any one who can at least point me in the right direction?

When you do a Google search of these images, does it tell the name of the forum (not the host site) that has them?

when you look at the link yes, it shows the name of the forum yes.... but when u click on them it says servimg

I have reported this topic to the Pro-Admin (Buttercup).
