#530 Persistent Ads on my mobile phone
Our forum (Breast Buddies: http://boobjobsupportforum.forumotion.co.uk) has been suffering forcible redirection when using mobile phones for some time now
As you can see from my previous threads HERE, HERE and HERE. I've been extremely patient in waiting on something to be done about this I feel having been constantly told it will be taken care of, but the problem is ongoing and I'm losing members.
Mobile/android/tablets are very much what the majority of our members are using and they simply can't sit and enjoy the forum without being annoyed by the forcible redirections that have caused many so much frustration they've sadly had to leave the forum.
I really don't want to lose any more members so could you please get to the bottom of this?
This is the latest screen shot of the reduction that seems to have taken precedence right now over the others.

I need you to change the admin email address
I am an admin at mallease(dot)forumotion(dot)com and am trying to contact tech support because I need to change my email address. What I read is I need to contact you i.e. PM but I am not allowed to PM cuz I haven't posted and I can't post because I am not allowed. So I am sending you this message via your website.
the email address needs to change from Email Addresses Removed
Thank you.

Please start your own topic for your issue/question. Do you mean change the email address (founder account) for your forum? You can do that yourself by going into the administration panel.maclouie wrote:I am an admin at mallease(dot)forumotion(dot)com and am trying to contact tech support because I need to change my email address. Administration Panel > Users & Usergroups > Users > Search Users
Locate your username and press it, which will load your profile. You can now change your email address.
P.S. For your safety I removed the email addresses from your post. Never post email addresses on a PUBLIC forum.

Re: #530 Persistent Ads on my mobile phone
This is an ongoing problem for us at Breast Buddies http://boobjobsupportforum.forumotion.co.uk and out members are tiring of my constant promises to get this sorted when its been happening for about a year now and no-one has been been able to resolve this issue as yet.
As you're seeing, I'm not alone in experiencing this problem when others are going through this also.
Having their visits continuously disrupted isn't going to help any of us keep our members for long if we get them to register at all.
I know from emails I've had that potential members have asked if the forum has a virus before they join.
This really isn't the first impression we want potential members to experience and do really hope this is made priority. I've been promised on more than two occasions that this problem would be brought to the godfathers attention but nothing seems to ever get done.
I'd really appreciate any help you can give us to resolve this issue.

I have the same problem how it seems:

Redirects to aff.ringtonepartner.com then to some random other site with a download / paid subscription like teebik.com, aldaniti.net or virusscannerfr.brickoffers.com
