unable to upload new avatars

i'm not sure what going off but no body on my forum can upload an new avatar

Maybe it's the size. Are you sure the size is correct. If you want to change the size, maybe try this: Admin Panel>Display>Avatars>Avatar Gallery>Personal Avatar. Hope this works!

We have the same problem in our Forum:  http://plasticparadise.forumotion.com  I have it set at max width 150 and no matter what size you try below that i.e. 100x100 or how you try to upload it -- directly from your computer or a url upload, it will not upload the avatar.  It will, however, go to the default avatar which is sized at 150 width if you click "delete avatar" or whatever that option is --

I just wanted to add that the last option "Link to an off-site Avatar" does work.  We just can't upload anything.  Thanks...

Are these avatars on another site?  Have you tried using this option in the profile > avatar:  Link to an off-site Avatar?

Link to an off site avatar works. But uploaded avatars aren't.

Quick question:  What type of link extension does these images have?

Usually .jpg files. The problem is that the uploaded avatars look broken. People can't upload their avatars and the smilies doesn't work. The only thing that works seems to be the link to an off site avatar v.v

Ok. I just tried to upload it to my profile from my computer. The issue is with imgfast.net. We will have to wait until Buttercup comes back and sees this topic.
