Requiring admin approval for new members.
Hello!
I'm currently making a forum for a school club, and I have a particular section that I want only members to see. However, I have no control over approving new members, or at least I do not think I have that control. I do realize that there was a post about this before (https://help.forumotion.com/t95801-how-do-require-admin-approval-for-new-members). However, I do not see Users Options on my control panel. This thread was made over two years ago, so I cannot validate that it is up to date. I converted from phpBB2 to phpBB3 in order to see if the option presented itself, but it did not.
Help?

Are you in the advanced mode in the administration panel?
