Post by djenitoo January 5th 2014, 4:42 pm

Hello, my domain name was renewed several weeks ago, but now when I try to open my forum http://muse-bg.net, it says it's experied or in process of renewal? Also muse.forumotion.net don't work - redirect.

Help! This is awful for my users! Evil or Very Mad

We will have to wait until the Pro Admin (Buttercup) returns from holiday.  She should be able to tells us what is happening.

To get your old url working again. Go to admin panel, general tab and click on forum address.
Click on the personalised domain name tab and put a check mark in no for the redirect option. Don't forget to hit save.
Your muse.forumotion.net should work after that.
