Our forum have been destroy

Hi, I'm Fish Troll the co-admin of http://mlbclubhouse.proboards80.com. I have come here because the the admin of http://sportstalkcentral.forumotion.com have completely destroy our message board . sportstalkcentral said they agree to merge to our forum, and on our part we would give them their admin position back. But they have stab us in the back and delete everything in our board. They have deleted boards, threads, post, and change all the staff members password and made this thread http://mlbclubhouse.proboards80.com/index.cgi?board=mergedetails&action=display&thread=1203858957 claiming the deal was us to move to their forum. Why would we give them admin position, if we were moving to their forum. I understand that Josh made a mistake of giving them the delete ability, but I'm here hoping that the staff members who run this software would take action against that forum. You can't have hackers representing your product would you?

thanks, yeah we gave them staff power as part of the merge agreement and completely destroy our forum. I'll use the link that you gave me, thank you.
