How do i move my widgets from left to right and how do i decide their size?

Which widgets:  portal or forum?

Administration Panel > Modules > Portal/Widgets
Click and drag to the place you want them.

Hello ,

Ensure your forum widget general options are set as the following :
Move Widgets Captu316

If the left or right column is set to 0px then it will not display.

You can resize the column with this CSS :

Change the pixels to what you wish.
