High Number of Users Online

At my discussion board, the 'Who is Online?' window shows: 'Most users ever online was 118 on Sat Feb 23, 2008 6:49 pm'

I only have 326 registered users. Usually I see less than 10 online, once we had 24. Can this be an error, or did 118 people actually visit my forum? Is there a way to find out who the users were? If this were an inaccurate number, is there a way to reset the 'Most users' statistic?

I don't think it was an error, it might just be a coincidence!
I think you can reset things including the highest amount of visitors

You can find that option in "General / Configuration". scroll down and check the box "reset the most users ever online" box and hit save.
