Hello,
The problem seems to affect several boards, so I put this topic as an only-topic.
If you post, we ask you to give these following infos :

Adress of your board
Message displayed when you try to access it

The problem will be transmitted to the techniciens, but because we are Sunday, it may be possible that they don't have much time to take care about this, so we ask everyone to be patient

Try to post only what I ask you, and about the evolution of the problem (if it's the case and if it's doesn't have been already said). If you have something to do, we will ask you, but if it's a server problem or anything else, the technicians will take care of this problem first, before trying to explain something which is complex.

PS : For the ones who get excited, I remind you that the services proposed by Editboard are free. If it doesn't please you, you can choose for a paid service (and even that, I'm not sure this will arrange the problem)

When i went to go on my forum this morning, it looked down! The addres of my forum is: lhsdq.coolbb.net
Its a Simulated Hockey League.
When i am going onto it its giving me address not found message or error message ....

It says:
Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage
Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.

i object to your free bit you mentioned, with every board created you shw more ads which earn editboard money, or we pay to have the ads removed, editboard make money, multiply that by how many editboard forums there are and you might appreciate that we should be thankfull for each other, not ust us being thankfull for your "free services" rant over

Do you think dedicated servers don't cost anything ??? Dedicated server means that you are the only one to use the server.

I'm would not be surprised that Editboard uses one of the most expensive offers, and the prices you see are monthly fees.

And after, multiply this by 10 or more, just to give you an idea of the fees Editboard has to pay monthly, and the occasional server replacement.

So the Editboard owner is far from being milionnaire and they just get enough money to pay those fees !

Before judging too fast, you should get informed about hosting !

Anyway, Novenber 12th's server downtime has been solved since days, so I close this current topic.

And I add this : It's not by talking like you do that it will make us wanting to help you ! We like to help people, but in the condition that people stay in good humor and stay courteous !

In return, moderators will listen you and, sometimes, adopt some of your propositions.

However, if your proposal is not accepted, it's useless to make it a drama. You don't possess the ultimate truth and nobody has the obligation to agree.
