A member has asked whether the possibility of banning messages from chosen members can be incorporated. Not sure how viable this is, though perhaps you can tell me.

Hello.

It's already possible to disallow a member to send PMs by going to Admin Panel > User Admin > Management > you edit a profile > Can send Private messages > No.
