We need to change the head admin because the one at our site has been inactive for over 7 months and we would really like to get things moving again. I'm one of the current admins and the other admins and i have agreed on who should be the new head admin, but we don't know the founder password so we can't do anything about it. Help please? How can we change the head admin, or get access to the founder account? Please and thank you Very Happy

Isn't that roughly over six months? If so then you could make a claim to the founder account.
