No Notification of replies
A member has stated that she is not receiving any notifications of replies to posts. At the left hand corner under the posting it states 'Options' and you tick the box in that to say whether you want to be notified of replies or not. I have tested it and the box was auto-ticked but no notification has been forthcoming.
Can you help?
Edit to say I have re-synced the forum as advised to another member prior.

Can you ask her what email provider she is using?

Re: No Notification of replies
I apologise, I copied her post to me and added the first sentence so it has defaulted to the script on the forum. I am awaiting her answer.

Re: No Notification of replies
The member is using a BT email address (British Telecom), she tells me she gets notifications from all other forums.

Re: No Notification of replies
Has she checked her spam folder? Also ask her if she has added Forumotion to her allowed list.

Re: No Notification of replies
I know she has checked her Spam and Trash box (because I asked her that before I posted here), I will check on whether she has it allowed or not, but I'm sure the answer will be yes because she's very switched on!

Re: No Notification of replies
What email provider is she using? Are you sure that she has set all the preferences in her profile correctly?
Re: No Notification of replies
I've already advised which email provider 7 days ago! Its BT (British Telecom). And yes, I have double-checked her profile settings.

Re: No Notification of replies
Is the member watching the topic? Perhaps they may have clicked on 'Stop watching this topic' at the bottom of the topic by mistake.
Re: No Notification of replies
Ask her to check her Profile > Topic (s) Being Watched.
