Wallpaper on Profiles Empty Wallpaper on Profiles

Is there a way to setup so that members can upload their own images for a wallpaper on their profile or choose one from different options? Here is the setup of the profiles on my site for reference. http://www.designerssociety.net/u1

Hello, to look for you to put an image in bottom of profile. There would not be a template to modify accidentally ? Cordially.
