1)Strange username
2)Language: en
3)Post strange topics with html
4)Post all time in same category

Looks like a bot. I recommend banning that bot.
Also here is something I though might prevent this from happening again:Word Counter
Hope this helped  Hello

We've always had problems with spambots, ever since we got rid of Spambot-Mike, they never stopped.
The codes don't work here because we have added in scripts that disallow their coding, and disallowed html in posts by default.
Ofcause a spambot can go to your forum, and also spam your forum, but saying that, it doesn't necessarily mean it will happen.

It can happen, but you can prevent it to happen by becoming ready. Get an admin and IP ban them, that way hiding their posts.

You may also be allowed to have all new members put into a group upon registering and that special group are only allowed to post in a certain area.  This would at least limit the amount of damage that a spammer/bot can do on your forum.

Spammers are just spammers. They come along onto this forum and post the most random of things that no one will read and therefore are a nuisance.

We ban spammers instantly and remove the content from the forum. If you come across a spammer, please report them immediately so that we can deal with them. Thank you.

There have been a lot of spammers. Please only report them once as multiple reports don't speed up anything and only clogs up our system. Smile

I know Smile. One of the support mods told me. Didn't know then though. XD

It just gets on my nerves that another human being has nothing better to do than to spam a support forum.
At least I think they are humans. They hardly act like humans.  Razz

on my forum i did something i belive is a little bit smart. in order for peoples to register i added so that all users must register with a valid steam key,

this have prevented any spambot so far on my forum. Im not saying u should do same thing. but you could etc make the registration have a few more things as reuirements so etc their bots doesnt manage to fill it out exactily.

most spambots are used for advertising for both legal/illegal business, programs, tools for scam (they make u think its a cool tool then they use it for scaming you)

some do it just for fun and the rush of being bad against others.

but main cases are advertisement.

what could also help is wordcount (mentioned above posts), limited names, user activation must be done via admin and so on. wich makes you have ful control over who registers and so on in your forum/site
