Only fields who are Necessarily filled will be displayed on registration page.

I do not understand what you are asking? If you want a field to appear on the registration page, you have to check the yes box for necessary filled when you created the field or modify it.

I believe he wants the confirm password and the captcha on the same page as the email address and password, username.

He want to have all fields in one page.
He want to have basic info and confirm in 1 page with no page change.

I believe you can not change that. I have not see any way to do that.
