Analysis seems to concern domain.

Maybe some sub-domains (forums) are or were hosting malicious content.

Means Norway has its outlaws, does not mean Norway is an unsafe country.

It looks like the forum might have spam on it, because of the reports. Most of the links are not related to the forum. Most look like links to a payday loan site.
