No. Typlo and Buttercup are two different people. All Pro Admins use the same account.

Why? Why can't they have their own account?SLGray wrote: All Pro Admins use the same account.
Re: Ask the staff (No support here)
Because it is easier to use the same account. Usually when they set down, they also leave the company.

My heroes in life are definitely my parents. They have taught me a lot. They've moulded me into a responsible and mature person that I am today.

I live life to the fullest, explore new places that I haven't been. Try and meet other people. The usual I guess.

Re: Ask the staff (No support here)
Hello all,
I was originally going to create a new subject for my current rant (which will be a rant/public shaming), but this topic makes more sense.
Context: Previous Admin of the English Support Forum (ESF, is it still called that?). It should be irrelevant because this was years ago. I had left the staff in charge of very competent people and from what I've seen that hasn't changed. Nonetheless, I have written a certain number of tutorials that, sadly, haven't been updated and/or replaced. Therefore, every few months I get a PM from a member asking for support. Other than being against the rules , I generally don't mind and either help (sorry Staff) or simple redirect them - no harm done.
But then Matt comes along:
And that just rubs me the wrong way.
So, Matt, next time, do your homework before reviving the dead

Thanks so much for your time.

- You're not supposed to PM for support,
- PMing to link to your thread? Are you that important that you can't wait a few minutes for staff or another member to come?, and mostly
- I'm male, not female. No offense to the fairer sex.
So, Matt, next time, do your homework before reviving the dead
