#929 As admin i can ban a user via the profil

Normally, administrators and moderators can ban a user via the profile

For moderators there is a special option PA>> General>>Forum>>Security>>Disallow moderators to ban members : > YES




But, when you are administrator, you get the message of moderators that are not allowed to ban a user:
