Forum Backup

Hi! I really need help. :(I am an admin on an forum where I forgot my founders password. I mean, my old friend created the forum, then she forgot the password and left the forum. And now I have the forum but I don't know the password nor I can't change the founders password but I really want to use backup to bring some deleted forums which I deleted about 2 years ago. Is it possible to bring the forums with backup and change founders password because I don't know the password of that email nor my old friend (I lost contact with her but I asked her in past but unfortunately she forgot everything). Now I really wanna do forum backup but it look so impossible.
It is this serbian backup tools:http://www.serbianforum.info/alatke but I can't access it yet I want so much to bring the old forums back. 
Is it possible to change that forums email and password? 
I would be very thankful if someone can help me with this.

You will need to know the founder account information.
