Incognito-x.com (Website Down)
Hi,
For the last week, my website has been down www.incognito-x.com. I paid to renew my site on the May 21st, I received my confirmation email, however the site is taking me to a dummy page. I either want a full refund since I have been inconvenienced or someone please resolve the issue.
Thanks EP

Hello,
Forumotion cannot give you a refund but whoever you renewed the domain name from is responsible for this you may need to get in contact with them.

Please don't give false information. Refunds can happen in the event someone paid for something and never got what the received.
@Yaheard I'll pass this along to our Pro-Admin who'll be able to look into the issue for you.
Please note though, you will receieve a conformation email and it may take up to 5 days for your domain name to be paid with your site. So even though you'll have a conformation email, it might not have been paired with your forum yet.

I could be missing something but from his first post I don't see anything that tells me his domain name wasn't purchased from FM.

Was the domain name purchased through Forumotion or not? If it is purchased through FM then sometimes credit refunds etc can happen if the issue cannot be resolved. I have however contacted our Pro Admin who can look into domain name issues.

When I add .forumotion.com the website is supported by godaddy.com

I can't be a 100% but I believe FM does purchase them through Godaddy or a sub-agent of godaddy as when I perform a whois look up on my domain bought through FM Admin Panel it does mention Godaddy.

Hmm,
Let's just wait until the author replies. That's the 100% answer.

Re: Incognito-x.com (Website Down)
Hi
Thanks for a quick response, I purchased the website thru FM using the credits. From the email it said that it will take a few hours not a few days. I have had this site for about 3 years now. I have been using the same method for payment before. Also using www.Incognito-x.forumotion.com doesn't work either.
Thanks EP
