NewsLetter Bug and not sent

Hello,
Before few minutes I was sent a newsletter and I saw the message that said newsletter sent but it i cant see it on the newsletter archive and I did't receive it.

This is not a bug. NL appear in archives only when your servers have sent them.

Now it is in the newsletter archive. I think its delayed by servers.
