In progress Help with an old forum...

Post by Extrocity June 11th 2014, 6:26 pm

A long time ago, maybe 2 years ago, I created a forum called extrocity-pk. I remember trying to delete it but it wouldn't delete... I figured it was something wired and would try deleting it in a few days. Well i forgot.. Now I have another website with the same name, extrocity-pk, and whenever people search "extrocity-pk" on the internet it comes to that forum which I don't want. I want to delete it but I don't think it's letting me log in to the forum because of how old the forum is and because of how inactive the account is. I don't know how to contact customer support to resolve this issue so I figured I'd go here. Hopefully someone can help!

Please read this - https://help.forumotion.com/t127211-password-problems-lost-your-founder-s-password .  You need two posts to send a pm.

When you can log in, you can delete the forum.  You will need to stay logged into the administration panel when you receive the deletion email.

When I click the "I forgot my password" button and fill in my credentials I get this message.

You will send a pm with the correct information needed to one of the listed staff member for a password reset.

Hello,

You can send now a password request by PM. If the problem still exists after resetting your password, make sure to provide a screenshot of the problem, thanks. Smile
