In progress Admin/Owner of Forum has disappeared for three months.

Hi hi! I am patchy and am the current and only acting admin of http://www.accelworldrp.com/ due to our head admin/owner having disappeared for some time. I remember reading somewhere after a set time we could have the forum given to us, but I forget how it works. Is there any way to go about this?

The founder has to be inactive, including logging into the forum, for 6 months and 1 day.
