Picture problem!

I found as picture which isn't on my computer, then I couldn't find a way to put it in a post. It's not on my computer, I've just got a name like 'picture17483749.gif'. How do I put it in a post or something?!

You either need the picture on your computer or the link to where you saw the picture.

to put a picture in forums or on the internet you need to uploud it and have this for the forums:

But all I know is the name of the file.

you cant do anything if you deleted it or if you got it from the internet figure out the name.

Even if you know the the file name you can't post it without uploading it.
