Hitskin Not Available? Empty Hitskin Not Available?

I dont know what's wrong. For some reason, my skin, I think Vista Aero went out of wack and turned dark green.

Oh, yeah, and I tried restoring my forum to previous dates, and guess what? It doesn't work, I just get the same old thing.
Anyway, so I went to Hitskin.com, and now I get that it has a problem loading page.

Can anyone tell me how to fix either of these issues? Oh, and my other forum isnt having any problems. Thanks.

Oh, and I just went to the site on another computer, and it looks perfectly fine. Im scanning my computer right now. If anyone can help, please do.
