Re: register has problem!
Hello,
Okay so no one cannot register, try these steps below and make sure you have "Allow new members" turned on:
ACP -> Users & Groups -> Users options -> select your options
Hope this helps

Re: register has problem!
Hello,
I have registered on your forum and it appears that your forum requires admin activation in order for members to log in.
Therefore, all new accounts must be manually approved in the admin panel at:
1. Administration Panel (advanced mode)
2. Users & Groups Tab
3. Inactive Users (on the left, under Users)

Re: register has problem!
Then you will need to set it to 'User'. That way, users will have to activate their account first before it can be used.

Re: register has problem!
Well, if that is the only two options you have, you can only pick one of them.

Re: register has problem!
Hi there qmars(pkq)
If I'm right you added a code the other day to your forum to help speed up registration Remove that code and save it some place like on a notepad on your computer and then have a look to see if that settings is there again. if this is still not there then I will ask a tech to look in to it for you.
after all this setting is there for all ACP as far as i know and I have it on my ACP
let me know when you have done that

Modifications to the Administration Panel are not possible. Any modifications made with CSS, templates, or JS management affect the front of the forum only.APE wrote:Hi there qmars(pkq)

Re: register has problem!
I will ask Buttercup to get the team to look at this for you as it is not a problem we as staff here can fix.
Please note that this will take some time as she is out of the office Now and the report needs to be sent by her only.
