if you have a forum your account is already made you just need to log in with  your Founders account info
( The Email address you made your forum with)
Your Password You used to make your forum with)

also please made sure this info  is filled in on on your ACP

ACP >> Misc tab >>   Hosting >> Servimg account  e-mail : Founders Email address here
Default category: Root folder
