I have a set I'm working on for this but your list is so messed up I can't tell for sure what you want. You say the "l" is a break but yet you have them numbered so they are different ranks. Why do you need a break when there is only one title (according to each number being a different rank) If you'd put each rank in one line it would help. Like this;
Executive Administrator  #298DFF - Founder of AGG #298DFF
AGG Board  #7100DB - Chief Administrator #990000
Member #258A11
etc.. etc...

This is the set I'm working on if you want them, the clothes on the little man will also be colored close to the color that you want for each rank..
