How to create those amazing announcement graphs

Hi,

I was wondering how to make the border and graph like how ForuMotion has it in their announcements.

Its done with BBcode and then added images.

For example here is one that I used that was very basic. A friend made it for me and I don't use it.

Obviously the FM one is much more impressive but as you can see its done entirely from BBcode.
