No Edit Empty No Edit

I was told in a previous post that was closed the following:

"To prevent members from editing, go to Admin Panel => General => Categories and Forums => Click the modify button => Permissions => Tick "Advanced Permissions" and there you can untick the permission which allows members to edit their post."



I can get to the "

Admin Panel => General => Categories and Forums =>" but can't continue to find what the above indicates (Click Modify button/Permissions/etc."Where can I find those on the Admin page?

The modifying button is a yellow cog.

If using phpBB3

From your admin panel,

General --> Categories and Forums, you should see a screen listing your Categories and Forums like below:

No Edit Cf12

Click on the icon that represents a red X and green check mark, listed to the right of the category or forum, in which you want to modify the permissions of. 


Then on the following screen, click the "Advanced Mode" text at the bottom as pictured below:
