So many browsers to support

Counting smartphones...there must be at least ten browsers to support compatibility with. Is this a bit much or what???? Lol

There's major and minor browsers, so yes, it's a difficult task to support them all. You need to use CSS hacks for some stuff with IE, media queries for mobile devices, vendor prefixes for older browsers, the list goes on... If you're not a major site it's best to focus on the Major browsers and some popular mobile platforms, but hey, support for obsolete platforms never hurt.
