Hello there.
I am not sure it is a Forumotion problem, becouse I know the images are hosted somewhere else, but today I discovered that some old images (from 2012 and early 2013)uploaded within the forum are missing. They were uploaded from the users. Is there a way to have them back?

They may have been removed from Imageshack's database

Hello Algona,
If these images are not hosted with ForuMotion then there is no way to get those images back. You can try to contact ImageShack to see if there is anything they can do since the images in question were hosted with them but there is nothing that the Forumotion team can do to fix this issue for you. These images could be gone now if they were deleted from the host (ImageShack) but again, this isn't something Forumotion can fix.

Hope this answers your question!

Thank you, Jad. There is a form within the forum's new topic/reply, redirecting users to upload their images with ImageShack. As you remember, only admins still can upload with Servimg. That's why I asked here first, becouse Forumotion "works" with ImageShack Confused

Are these images posted by members or images that are part of the forum's design?

No.
They were uploaded from users in their own topic. So. I can't use the backup of the forum Smile
As I see, I am the only one with this kind of problem. I will try to contact ImageShack too.
PS They are not deleted from users for sure.

Dear members

This problem is not coming from our service. Imageshack made recent updates.

I have created an announcement to example the problem as many users have the same problem: https://help.forumotion.com/t136009-imageshack-old-images#916639

Thanks
