Strange messages and slow downs

Hello,
I am facing problem while trying to load my forum and this forum I am getting this message in my browser http://prntscr.com/50463g periodically.

What language is that so I can translate?

Its Greek Language but it says unable to find the webpage etc. Now appeared the slowdown problem on hitsk.in server too.

your forum has no problem my end can you please clear your browser and try again.

also it runs really fast for me also can you try and reset your Modem and then try as it could be a slow speed from your end.

If this don't help i will try and make a report but as the office is not open right now it will be monday before some one will be in the office to see my report.

It's a possible warning or some type of error so like ape said that might help.

I think it was a temporary problem now its ok, but lets keep post open to watch if the problem will appearing again on next few hours.

I did encounter a slowdown between 18:40 - 18:50 EST. I went to submit a post, but it hung there for a few minutes. Since then I've had no issues, it may have been temporary.
