Solved no mod tools on the thread

The theme i am using does not have any moderation tools on the actual thread.  You have to do stuff through the moderator and admin cp.  I can not do anything in the actual thread.  Is there any way to add some buttons that are on the thread?  It would make it a lot easier to remove spam posts.

Go to the Administration Panel => Display => Pictures and Colors => Pics management

There you can add images.

I tried that before i posted here.  It does not give me options to add moderation button images.

They should be under the Icons for Topics tab.

Make sure you are in advanced mode.
