How to disable postprofile for a certain rank?

Hello guys, I was just wondering if it's possible to disable postprofile for a certain rank? Not a group please.

I put this as a name for the rank with no image.

Administration Panel > Modules > JavaScript codes management > Create a new script

Placement : In the topics
Paste the code below :
