Register my Forum

I tried registering my forum under an email, and it froze on validation or something. I cannot log into the account, but I also can't make a forum using the name email.

Was probably what you said, when the servers were switching over. Made a glitch. All I need is my email to be freed up to make a forum.

Hopefully she can soon. Making a forum for my community, and I can't communicate with members without forum. Would rather not take my business elsewhere, since you guys seem good.

What? No. I don't own that forum.
I created a forum and it never got made, but says it was made and SLGray informs me that I was banned from my own forum even though the Founder never logged in?

If you have been "banned" or cannot get into your forum, try sending a PM to Buttercup with the information provided in the link below.

This will allow Buttercup to be able to help you out a bit more and possibly get your account back on your forum. I am unsure why it is you cannot access the site but I am sure there is a simple fix to it. Just click on the link provided above, follow the instructions and all should get better.

The two forums were created, but the founder never logged into the forums.  During the creation process, something happen to make it seem that they were not created.  When I checked the database, both forums show that they were banned even if the founder never logged on.

SLGray has all the info so far on the problem.
Basically, made a forum during (what I assume was) a data center change. The forums were never validated thus never made, but my emails say they are connected to forums that don't exist. It also says I'm banned from said forums even though they were never fully made.

So, a glitch in the system?
I would think the easiest way to fix this would be to take the bans off my account and then delete the forums so I can make a new one.
I'm sorta on a time schedule, and the longer this takes the more likely I'll just find a different forum provider, no offense.

It is not that you are ban, but the forums are ban.

P.S.  Buttercup is still looking into this issue.
