The 'Move to Profile' button
Hey
I think I need some info. A user in my forum clicked the " Move to Profile " button in the savebox (in the mesages/PM section) and the message was gone. I never used it myself and I don't know what it does. I tried it with a PM and it disappeared too. No idea what this button does and where it's taking the messages.
Can anyone help? How can I and the user of that forum get that PM back?

I didn't have that enabled in the forum and I just enabled it... The PM I moved earlier is not there though, is it too late?

Re: The 'Move to Profile' button
Alright. It works for me, but I don't see the PM on the other user's visitor messages board. I'll try asking that user to take a look in case it has some privacy thing going on (unless you know if it has a privacy thing or not?) and see what happens.

Re: The 'Move to Profile' button
The user tried repeating the process and the message still disappeared. Now it's weird because I enabled the Drafts section. Is there anything else we can do?
Umm, VM? What's that?

They do not go to the drafts page, but the visitor messages page.

Re: The 'Move to Profile' button
So after activating the visitor message option the pm's did not appear in your profiles' visitor messages pages?

Re: The 'Move to Profile' button
Apparently it was activated already, but that user didn't have the PM appear in the VM section. It seem that it disappeared.

Re: The 'Move to Profile' button
Could it be that the member deleted the pm's by accident?

Re: The 'Move to Profile' button
He claimed the clicked the 'Move to Profile' button. Since he doesn't find it I suppose it's possible...
Edit: I asked him to check again, just in case.
