I changed posts per page from 15 to 25 but now every time a mobile or tablet user hits the arrow to take them to the last post, it only goes halfway through. I guess it assumes the old URL still? How can I change that

You used this tutorial for adding pagination on mobile, correct?
Head back to Administration Panel > Modules > JavaScript codes management, then find that code.
After you've found the code, update

to

var perpage = 25, // amount of messages before a new page is added
