I don't mean the Colors Option is there a CSS code to force it?

Add the following rule to your stylesheet :
Display > Colors > CSS stylesheet

Code:

input.inputbox { color:#000 }

Replace #000 to change the color of the text. If it still hasn't changed, add the !important flag after the color.
