    Mobile version: Modification of the ID page-body in the CSS


    Dear members,

    We made a small modification to the CSS by default for the mobile version of forum. This change concerns the ID page-body.
    Before, the edition of this ID, there was the same modification for the mobile and the desktop versions, which distorts the forum width. By consequences, our members have to horizontally scroll:
    mobile - [IMPORTANT] Mobile Version: Modification of the ID page-body in the CSS Mobile10

    For reasons of compatibility, we have created a specific ID for the mobile version by adding the ID mpage-body in the CSS:
    Code:
    #mpage-body

    This change doesn't have any consequences on your forum customization for the desktop version (= classic version). However, members having personalized this specific ID for the mobile versions should only add the letter "m" (mpage-body).

    are you saying i have to do something to my forum now? or do this if i personalized something before (which do not think i did)

    Why does it not work anymore? I did nothing bad nor received any warnings of any kind. 

    Ok now it works and it does not sometimes. Can you fix it?

    Ok it is fixed can you tell me why it suddenly was not working for 3 days before this date and now it does?

    Good morning,

    Hi I created a topic with a question about this before but have not yet set the code, I just looked at the direction I wrote down in my notebook and also re read this, I am a little confused is all, I know I enter the code at the top of the page in the box Ape told me thankfully:)

    But, above it states to only add the "m" what does that mean? 

    Do I add the whole code = #mpage-body
    Or do I add just the " m "   ? in the box at the top?

    Dear All, to be very honest about this mobile version of the forum, well for lack of words it is bogus.

    Mobile version is cheaply made lacks functions and to be very honest I have no clue why it is even use.

    To solve all problem with this bogus mobile version feature simple add this JavaScript
    Modules/JavaScript Management/create new JavaScipt/ and enter this code on all pages

    name is as you wish ( Disable Mobile Version)

      if(window._userdata && _userdata.page_desktop) window.location = _userdata.page_desktop;
    });

    Now it's a done deal never see the bogus mobile version ever again! Cheers!
