Can't sign into my admin account because I forgot my password and have disallowed admin password retrieval

Description of problem

I know my username and the email that my forum sends admin notifications to, but I can't request a new password because I have disallowed that function in the past.

I really just want to delete my entire forum, but if I can at least log in as admin that would be great. I've already messaged two mods about this but I figured I'd make a proper support topic for it.
