Solved Deleting posts..Solved

I am an idiot..I thought I was just deleting a link and found out that I deleted everything...I still have the topic but nothing is in there..I don't even remember what links was in that topic..is there a way of recovering a deleted post..

Try doing a forum restore from there. 
 I do not know if it restores posts or just the appearance/theme  but it is worth the try.
