Hello,

I MAY know a way to do this but, doing so may break the TOS and may result in your forum being banned. How ever pending a staff members approval i would love to help you, i just want the ok to give out the answer.

Will this break the TOS @buttercup?

Hello

I don't think it is breaking our rules to change the button in the navbar. The only issue would be with footer copyright. Otherwise, there is no problem Wink

Best regards

I should have been more clear.

Op wants to change the Home text in his footer link to say Index.

Would doing that break the TOS? I saw some posts that stated editing the footer may break the TOS and wanted to be sure @buttercup.

so the Question is:

Will editing the footer in any way break the TOS?

The footer links are these:

If you are using images, you will need to replace the memberlist one with a new users one.

If text, you can not change the text in the administration panel.  There are codes you can try to change the text, but sometimes it causes issues with the forum's link.  I can not remember where the codes are now.

Did you add that in JavaScript Management?  Do you have it activated?
