How do I recover user name & password on this site.

Description of problem

VERY PISSED OFF!

Now how do I recover my user name on this website?

Been trying for days,... can't contact admin without logging in so that's NO help. Can't reset PW unless provide user name also which I also forget. All I know is my main e-mail which is in use still from original acct. and there is no option to just enter the e-mail and recover user name and PW. that I can see.

So I take the time to make a crap fake acct. to come back here and PM an admin for help and I still can't because I have NOT reached the minimum post count ffs. (Stupid.)

ANNOYED TO HELL AT THIS POINT!

Also explain this clearly and full and try PM'ing the forumotion FaceBook acct. and who ever answered that reset my password on my website I made not here thanx for the help lmao.

HOW CAN I RECOVER MY USER NAME AND PASSWORD FOR MY MAIN FORUMOTION ACCT. HERE ON THIS WEBSITE SO THAT I MAY LOG INTO IT AND GET ASSISTANCE WITH MY WEBSITE THROUGH MY MAIN OFFICIAL ACCT. THAT IS THE SAME E-MAIL AS MY WEBSITE ACCOUNT SO I CAN GET THE HELP I NEEDED 3 DAYS AGO???

Awaiting reply from admin and if I some how am failing very hard and missing the option some where to recover user name than I am a complete idiot and apologize before hand.

Blows my mind if this does not exist that an actual forum hosting forum would not have this option so I have to be completely blind.

Nope let me clearly state again for 4th. time today for this forum we are currently posting on right now. (An admin who replied VIA the FB page already randomly reset my www.saintsofgod.forumotion.net website PW for me 30 mins ago and I have already changed it back to what it was before as I have never had issues logging into my own website or recovering the PW. if needed,... just here on the main one.)

Trying recover user name and password for my main e-mail for this forum for over 3 days,.... and the fight rages onward!!!!

I forget the PassWord here and the User Name and there is no recover user name option so I can't fully fill out the form to recover the PW. I only know the e-mail I registered with years ago,... the same one associated with the Founder acct. of www.saintsofgod.forumotion.net

Hope you understand this message no one else gets it or maybe I am the idiot.

www.forumotion.com does not have a log in.  What exactly are you trying to do?  Is this related to your forum?

@SLGray I believe the problem is that @UpsetUser has forgotten the password to his account here on the support forum. That is why he created a new account to try and get it reset.

He managed to get his forum founder account reset for him via facebook so that is no longer an issue.

Listin I wanna log in here with my Main acct. and e-mail I used years ago when created. NOT as Upset user. I only know my e-mail not the user name and pw at time of creation so how the heck do I find out what username I used so that I may enter it with my e-mail in the form in order to recover my PW so that I may post here VIA my main acct. in order to get help with my website I also created back many years ago.

Also apologize for my whining but really bad set up I got things I should be doing and this should be simple.

Founder acct. refers to what? The acct. here associated with my website or the acct. that is the main admin of www.saintsofgod.forumotion.net because I never needed that reset in the first place I been on that daily for last 7 years. Just forget my acct. info. here that I log into when need help.

Let us wait until Buttercup replies to your pm.

It refers to the main admin account on your forum. I apologize, maybe I misunderstood about that part.


Yeah for the problem with your account here in the support forum, you just have to wait until Buttercup responds to your pm. As she is one of the ones who can reset your account password and provide you with your username.

Going to go recover PW. now and post my original website issue I need help with.
