[HELP] Scripting help for Forum Theme and stuff

I need help with some scripting here since i don't have any idea how it works (Don't worry, i'm not a newbie when it comes to stuff like this).
I provided a picture to show you what i really want in my forum

Picture (1):

• Is it possible to make my Login/Register/Search looks exactly like in the first picture? If not, what is the closest possible way to make it almost look like that?
• Is it possible to only have Home and Help in the Header? If not, I know what to do.
• Date and time in the upper right corner
• The theme. I would like to make it look just like that. (How the forum looks)
• Visible number of Posts and Topics
• (Not in the print screen but) Cursor hovered over the title of a category underlines it.
• Overlap the "New/Locked" stuff like in this picture http://www.estetica-design-forum.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=3725&d=1299778498

• That "TOP" thing when clicked, will send you at the top part of the forum

I only need some scripting help since i'm already good at Graphic Designing. Your help will be much appreciated! Looking forward to your nice replies.

EDIT: I manage to modify some scripts on my own but i was wondering what pun do? Will i still be able to use these lines in other phpBB3 theme?

I tried the CSS and nothing happen. Same as HTML, did i do anything wrong?

Try putting the html somewhere else try this:

ACP ->Display -> templates -> General -> overall_header

Search for :

then put the html directly after it

Yes it does work but it didn't turn the way i want it. Thank you for your help anyway, this solved my problem (50%)
