i have locked topics that i dont want anyone to post in them but my mods still can how is this possible?!?!

Because they have the permission to do that, change it in the admin panel.

yah i dont want all the topics if i do it then they wont able to post at all only at certain topics

Hi,

this is still possible because you need to go in to the admin panel

and click users and groups
now click on the permissions link for the moderators and change it.
