When you click the edit button on your forum look at the URL it will be like "post?p="
The number after the = is the ID of the post.

How can make it similar with ather forum that it will display the #. Because if I am not the admin of the forum then I cannot take the edit button of every post. So I will not got the class address.

phpBB 2 and 3 do not have numbered posts. Are you wanting to have numbered posts?
